Kathy Park to Bob, me show details May 24 (1 day ago) Reply
I tried to blog this - but was unsuccessful - yet I'm new to bloggingso I'll keep trying. Meanwhile: I get the e-ibd etables - this was in an email I got this weekend.I'm sending because we had discussed at the meeting. F.Y.I Kathy Park • VimpelCom (VIP) hit a record high in late December before pulling back to start the left side of a new base. It corrected as much as 37% from the left peak to the bottom of the base. It’s now working on the right side. VimpelCom is showing signs of accumulation, or professional buying, in recent weeks. In the past four quarters, profit growth has ranged from 73% to 89%. Analysts expect 119% growth when the Russian wireles I am also trying the Fund Center and after searching the top 25 funds - VIP shows up frequently as MBT which we also discussed. AMX shows up too - but the chart looks yucky. These are all in the same group.s firm reports June 4.

Thanks Bob and Robert for that clarification.
also, at our meeting, Kent had pointed out that SBLK was listed at ibd with a NYC headquarters.
Caught my interest since all other sites place their headquarters in Greece.
But it was enough to make me dig deeper.
SBLK was a 'blank-check' company incorporated in Deleware 'bout two years ago.
They then bought the greek shipper and moved operations to Greece. (can find no other reference to NYC)
This move allows them not to file with the SEC. That is usually a red flag for me - 'why are they hiding?"
Thought this might be of interest. alanna
