UNG, Possible Trade

On 09/03/08 Kent Stallard sent the following information concerning his trading of the ETF UNG (Natural Gas):. . . . . Thanks Kent.

"You had asked me to write a short blurb on my trading of the nat. gas etf, UNG. We have now seen the decline to the first buy point which was last years low around 33.20. I entered half my long position @ 32.90 this morning. I will enter another quarter around 31.50 and the remaining quarter @ cold 29-30 if we see that before Sept 15. At any rate I will be fully long below 35. I am setting an initial target of 47 but if we have a very cold winter and/or another run up in energy prices, I could see moving this target to 50 or 55. This trade should be closed by early summer at the latest."

On 09/22/08 I received the following e-mail from David Pyle:

"I was sold on the groups rational for buying UNG and our previous discussions. I read the Morning Star report and it looks a lot more risky than I was led to believe. It all depends on the price of Natural Gas and a very cold winter. I do not think the great performance last year will be
replicated next year. But I am willing to be convinced."

Any comments on Dave's concerns?????
